remberg Product Update: Global map, customizable auto-reply emails & more

You can now further optimize your field operations with the new integrated overview of all your X, organizations and work orders in the global map. Thanks to the customization option for your auto-reply emails you can present yourself even more authentically to your partners and customers. Further improvements can also be found in notifications, additional organization data fields and the dashboard.


Find everything for field operations at a glance: X, organizations and work orders in the global map

Feels familiar: You or your team are on the way back from a work order, sales visit or trade fair and only later you realize that another customer, partner or upcoming maintenance work was nearby? With the new global map feature in the remberg XRM, this will no longer happen to you! It always gives you a complete overview of all your organizations, work orders and assets on one map. With the integrated search and filter functions, you can search the visible map area and only display the information you want. 

Your colleagues in other departments such as management, sales, marketing or logistics can also profit from the integrated assets, organizations and work orders map. They get insights into regions with a high customer or partner density or the distribution of the installed base of a specific type of X and can therefore better plan geographically targeted campaigns or process optimizations.


Customize automatic reply emails for incoming tickets

You can now customize the automatic response emails that your customers and partners receive when they submit a ticket. Distinguish between cases created by email and public requests, e.g. submitted via a QR code, to provide targeted and tailored feedback. Include e.g. your service hours or a reminder to send important frequently forgotten information such as machine or quotation numbers to speed up ticket resolution. Soon you can also flexibly decide whether or not to include the previously fixed link to the portal in your auto-reply emails. 

You have deactivated the automatic reply emails? No problem – simply go to your settings, reactivate the functionality and adjust the reply text. External recipients will perceive you as even more professional and authentic thanks to fast, personalized communication. 


Stay informed: Already read notifications are now accessible at any time 

From now on, already read in-app notifications will remain accessible in the remberg XRM, so you no longer have to worry about tasks that have not been completed right-away getting forever forgotten. You can find read and unread notifications in the notification list below the bell and can access them again at any time. Read messages are grayed out to distinguish them and you can remove them using the “Remove” button if you no longer need them.


Complete your master data with the billing address of organizations

Avoid misunderstandings or annoying search in other systems by entering the billing address of organizations directly into your remberg XRM. Organizations now have a second address field that allows you to enter a billing address in addition to the delivery address. This improves your data quality and gives you a holistic view of your customers, partners and suppliers. 


Drill down from dashboard charts into their foundational data

As a dashboard user, you can now not only keep an eye on important case KPIs, but also quickly drill down into the operational level and identify the central KPI drivers. Clicking on a chart bar in the overview of the top 10 assets with the most cases, for example, directly provides the overview of all cases associated with this asset. This allows you or your team to quickly skim through them and identify specific problem patterns without getting lost in loads of irrelevant data.
